Phi’s solution
An effective, but cost-conscious scheme which would high light the architectural detail of the old Exchange building both internally and externally.
Flats – High-Level track mounted adjustable spots to allow for later adjustment by the individual owners, surface fixed Cove tape to offer precise illumination for food preparation within the kitchen areas.
Communal – Linear theme along corridors using Stria at jaunty angles, offering integrated standard and emergency illumination.
