Phi Lighting was founded by Jon Dale in 2003 with the intention of shaping a business based on the considerable experiences gained at a senior level working for two of the best lighting companies in the world. With a career dedicated to lighting and having studied architecture at university it was obvious that there were many fields of excellence in lighting which appeal to those with interests in art, effects and aesthetics but Jon is rooted in light engineering, application and the science of light. Outside of work he has developed a competitive standard of rotten golf and a fledgling sailing interest.
